Return Policy

At Pine Tree Gear, every product is handmade with care and attention. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Returns

We accept returns on unused, unmodified, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in new condition

  • The item must show no signs of use, wear, or alteration

  • Original packaging should be included when possible

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If eligible, you may return an item for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days after approval

  • Original shipping costs are non‑refundable

Repairs

We believe good gear should last. If an item becomes damaged through normal use, repairs may be available for a small fee. Contact us to discuss repair options.

Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Items sent back without prior contact may be refused.
